Thank you for choosing our services. We take great pride in the quality of our work and want you to be satisfied with the results. However, due to the nature of digital services and custom development work, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced or been delivered, except as explicitly stated in a specific service agreement or contract.
If you wish to cancel a project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. If work has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed and hours logged, at our sole discretion.
We aim to resolve any issues amicably. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to rectify the situation. We will work with you to ensure the project meets the agreed-upon specifications.
